Jim and his wife, Heather moved to SCC, St Andrews Estate in July 2023, from North Fort Myers. Their previous home was damaged during Hurricane Ian. They are enjoying the community, with so many friendly neighbors. Jim spent his career in and around the Army branch of the military, having served in various capacities for nearly 32 years. He retired from Civil Service Army Medical Logistics Manager. Jim has served on other HOA/POA boards while living in South Carolina. Jim and Heather reside on Stoneham Dr. Currently, both are volunteers for the Sun City Center Security Patrol and are looking forward to participating in the many social clubs and activities SCCCA offers.
Tami is a United States Marine Corps Veteran, having served 4 years. She worked as Communications Center Operator. She also worked and retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, with 31 years of service. Tami currently serves the SCCCA community as a Captain with Sun City Center Security.
Tami and her husband Terry, bought their house on Austin Hill Ct in March of 2021, and moved in permanently in March of 2022. They love St. Andrews Estates and look forward to many happy years living here.

Barbara has lived in St. Andrews since 2006 and is originally from Brooklyn, New York. She came to Florida in 1991 with her husband Bruce, who sadly passed away. She previously served on the Board as a Director as well as Treasurer and enjoyed it very much. Barbara keeps fit by going to the Fitness Center and her interests include painting and cooking. She loves St Andrews Estates and serving all of her neighbors as a board member again.
I am a retired chiropractor who practiced in Valrico and later in Brandon for 37 years. After seeing how much my sister enjoyed living in Sun City, my wife Robin, and I decided to make it our home in 2021. You may have seen me around the community walking our Shih Tzu, Cody. We have three children and four grandchildren who all live nearby. Originally from New Castle, PA, I moved to South Florida 50 years ago and relocated to the Brandon-Valrico area after graduating in 1986. I am on the board because I want to take a more active role in our community. I believe my experience managing a chiropractic practice has equipped me with valuable skills in leadership, problem-solving, and service that I can bring to this role.

Jan Kendall,

Jan is originally from North Hollywood, California. She moved to Indiana shortly after graduating from UCLA. Jan and her a husband Keith, moved to Florida from Zionsville, Indiana in 2004 and then moved to St Andrews in 2013 from Ruskin.
She previously worked for a large commercial insurance carrier in Lakewood Ranch where she managed the Product Development Department.
I have been a resident of St. Andrews' neighborhood for over 11 years. I have been appointed by the Board as Vice President. I am married to Doug Gill, who for years has maintained all of the lighting and watering to our front entrance. I have 2 labs, Annie and Stella who consider themselves lap dogs. I am now retired from teaching and love spending time with my children and grandchildren. This is my second time on the Board and in my previous stint, many wonderful accomplishments for the neighborhood were achieved.

Jinny Hurley,

Jinny moved to SCC in June of 2020 during COVID from Shamong, NJ. She lives on North Brockfield with her friendly ginormous dog. If you go by her house, you will see Leo running around outside (Invisible Fence keeps him on the property). Retired from the American Red Cross Blood Services as an Executive Assistant to 10 doctors, Jinny ran the Continuing Medical Education program for the National Red Cross. She is great at organizing events and running them and is looking forward to being more involved with SAEHOA and SCC. Jinny wants SAEHOA homeowners to know that she is also, a Florida notary and offers her services to St. Andrews Estates residents for FREE.
