As a resident of St. Andrews Homeowners Association, you're a voting member of the association.  Below are links to the documents by which we abide, that help to make this a welcoming neighborhood.

During the course of any given year, any member may suggest possible changes to our Bylaws/Covenants.  They may contact the President and the Board of Directors utilizing the Contact US button (see above) on this website.  The direct Email is SAEHOAINFO@gmail.com.  In early Fall each year, a new Bylaw/Covenants Committee forms to review all suggested changes and decide which ones will be put to a vote by all the SAEHOA members at the end of the year. 

Homeowners are required to submit the ARC (Architectural Review Committee) request form prior to making exterior alterations and /or design modifications to their property. (Reference the SAE-HOA Bylaws/Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions).  The ARC Request form should be filled out and submitted to the HOA ARC Chairperson (Jim Kerr) (SAEHOAARC@gmail.com). 

The ARC Concern is a form for homeowners to fill out and submit to bring concerns and issues of noncompliance within the neighborhood. Each concern will be addressed and responded to by the ARC Chairperson or ARC members.
