The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) consists of members donating their time to help address any requests, issues, or concerns that homeowners have with our Bylaws and Covenants, or issues with other homeowners. On the Forms and Documents link, there is another link to 3 various ARC documents that may be of interest to you.

1. ARC Request - This is the form to submit to the ARC Board for any changes or requests that are governed by our Bylaws and Covenants.

2. ARC Concern - This is a form to submit to the ARC Board for any compliance related issues. The ARC Board will review these forms and take any appropriate action as allowed by our governing documents.

3. ARC Activity - This is an ongoing record of the ARC Concern forms and ARC Requests that have been submitted to the Board. The ARC retains copies of all requests and concerns but does NOT publish the actual street address of any concerns regarding homeowners, only requests will show the street number. Instead of the street number being listed, it is shown as XXX. While the ARC Board addresses all submitted issues, it does not feel that publishing specific addresses on homeowners is needed or warranted.

BYLAWS and COVENANTS

Our Bylaws and Covenants are legal documents that govern our St. Andrews Home Owners Association. Homeowners are appointed to the Bylaw Committee each year by the Board of Directors to review our current documents for any needed changes to be voted on as well as accepting inputs for changes from the members. If any member has any item that they feel needs to be added or changed in our documents, please submit them to:
